We have finally completed the difficult task of re-locating from the West coast across to the East coast. It was indeed worth the effort. I am still in awe at the changes happening in my life and feel like a spectator watching from the outside as my new life is unfolding. From living in a "one horse town", where the one horse happened to be ours, to being in a small metropolis with everything, and I mean everything including a vet, being in walking distance from my home. All of this and yet I can still hear and smell the ocean, feel the peace and tranquility, yet still have huge shopping malls a 5 minute drive away ! I am hoping to spread the love of yoga here in our new town as soon as possible, so if anyone is in or around the Ballito area, let me know.
