Breakfast Ideas

Ingredients
- Various fresh fruits
- Honey
- Muesli
- Coconut milk
Directions
Idea 1:
Mixed fresh fruit, chopped dates, chopped mixed nuts, a couple of tablespoons of muesli and add some dollops of honey!
Idea 2:
Cook some Jungle oats in rooibos tea together with a dash of cumin powder and some cardammon seeds. Serve it with fresh fruit, dates and/or nuts!
Idea 3:
Bake some fresh fruits such as apple, pineapple and banana with a sprinkle of honey, and serve it with other fresh fruit such as watermelon, strawberries and blue berries etc. Add a dollop of coconut milk!
