Dahi Pohe

Ingredients
- 3 cups Beaten Rice (Poha)
- 1½ cups Yoghurt
- ½ cup Pomegranate
- 5 - 6 Curry Leaves
- Salt
- Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Directions
Heat oil and add mustard seed
When mustard seeds have popped add cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves
Soak Poha in yoghurt, and mix in Poha and yogurt into oil
Add salt, sugar, and the pomegranate
Serve with coconut and coriander
