Raw vegan yogurt

Ingredients

  • 3 young coconuts
  • 1/2 t lemon juice
  • water

Directions

  1. Blend the coconut meat and lemon juice until rich and creamy with only a little water, you will have to keep wiping off the side of the dish, depending on the efficiency of your blender/processor

  2. Now you can add the flavour of choice, unless you want to leave it as greek , in which case its now ready , or add vanilla, chocolate, berries etc and continue blending until smooth.

  3. Enjoy !
